Kroger Deli Fried Chicken & Mesquite Barbecue Kettle Chips
I have now, on two occasions, had Krogers 8 piece Deli Fried chicken. Both times were of equal excellent quality. The first time was when I received the 8 piece chicken(fresh from the kitchen), 1.25L Coca Cola, and Krogers Mesquite Barbecue Kettle chips...all free! I saved the Coca Cola and chips for later for snacks and small meals. Then I paired the chicken with homemade biscuits and potato salad, which made for a delicious meal. The chicken was also paired with green beans, corn, baked beans, and canned spaghetti all at some point on different days, all went well together. The second time I bought the chicken I was there to ask if I could choose my own cuts(I prefer the breast because the less I have to deal with the bone, the better). I was told that I could do that, but each extra breast piece would be around $3.00. The lady then told me that they mark down the chicken at 7pm and that she needed to mark it down because it was almost that time. I followed her over to the warming cart(which I try to avoid in favor of fresh) and she told me that they have to mark it down after two hours and at 7pm because they are very very careful about temperature and time. Each box has a time stamp so that you know how long they have been sitting out. She told me that the chicken in the cart had just been made at 6pm, so it was a really good deal, she then marked it down to around $5.00. I found the one I wanted and grabbed my two 1.25L of Coca Cola, because I had one of my $2.00 off when you buy an 8 piece chicken and 2 1.25L Coca Cola coupons with me. So I ended up getting the drinks and the chicken for around $5.39, YAY.... and it was just as delicious as if it were fresh out of the kitchen!! I will definitely buy the deli chicken again, and I won't hesitate to get it out of the warmer, at a marked down price!
The chicken was delicious, not too dry not too moist, just right (I felt like Goldilocks). One thing I would change is to make the outside crispier, also, I would like the option to purchase boneless chicken(does chicken on the bone gross anyone else out?). Next time I think I'll try the baked chicken! I can't say much for the Mesquite Barbecue Kettle chips, the flavor is good but they are too hard for me to consider purchasing them when there are other options(I wouldn't turn down a free bag though).

Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge Review
I'm a Bzzagent and was given the Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge line to test out for free and review.
I'm not completely sure why I was chosen, because for the most part my hair really isn't dry...it's more on the oily side, with the ends of my hair being the only mildly dry spot.
Still, I tried it out and reviewed it to the best of my ability.
I was given shampoo, conditioner, and a one minute moisture-plenish treatment.
When I first started using the regimen, I noticed that my hair was actually less oily. It was also silky, smooth, and so soft I couldn't keep my fingers from running through it. I also noticed that an unintended effect of the regimen was that my hair was very easy to untangle, and trust me, it's a monster otherwise.
After a few weeks though, I noticed that my hair started being very oily...so I discontinued using the regimen and gave it to my mom to try since she has very dry hair. She reported to me that after trying it her hair was very frizzy so she stopped using it.
I really loved the smell of the products in the bottles, but after using them and rinsing they seemed to have a different unpleasant, almost burnt smell. I really wanted to like this line, but I guess it's just not for me. One thing I really did like was the bottles themselves and their very easy to open lids.

The Bzz on Schick Hydro Silk
Hey All!!
Welcome to MishMashMedley!!! =)
This is my first post on my first blog..ever! Congratulations on being a part of it! :)
I will be reviewing the Schick Hydro Silk Razor.
I will be reviewing the Schick Hydro Silk Razor.
So, I'll start out by telling you that I'm a bzzagent and was given this product to test out and give my opinions on. I was not paid for this and all opinions are my own. If you don't know what bzzagent is you should definitely check it out at www.bzzagent.com. You fill out surveys and are selected, based on demographics, to try out great full size products and then spread the word about them. I just started and so far I'm really enjoying it.
I typically use Venus Embrace and have used Venus products since I first started shaving. So I decided to do a comparative review of the Schick Hydro Silk and my Venus Embrace. I used the Schick Hydro Silk on my left leg and underarm, and used the Venus Embrace on my right leg and underarm.

The Schick Hydro Silk is a five blade razor with a water activated gel moisture serum. It comes in two different handle colors, the blue which I received, and a turquoise(my favorite). I like the non-slip feature of the handle, but it’s too large to comfortably hold so I end up holding higher on the handle. I also feel like the razor doesn’t swivel as much as I’d like. Cleaning hair from the razor is a breeze, but somehow I’ve gotten some hairs stuck in the clear part of the razor and I can’t get them out...it’s driving me crazy! I love the idea of the shower hanger because I hate how gross razors with gel strips get from resting against things. The shower hanger itself is clumsy and the razor sticks out too far from the wall when positioned the way Schick recommends, it fits much better with the blades out.
The Schick Hydro Silk gave me a very smooth, comfortable shave experience, even better without shave gel. The razor glided over my skin effortlessly as though I wasn’t shaving at all. I found that it typically took 1-2 passes to get a smooth shave on my legs. It left my legs feeling soft, smooth and moisturized. Shaving my underarms with the Schick was amazing! It took one pass to get the hair and left my skin so silky smooth. After about 6 uses the shave isn’t as effortless and the moisture serum is all but gone...which means shave gel is now a necessity. I love the fact that, at least for the first 6 shaves, I can use this without shave gel...great for traveling!
For this comparison I used my old Venus Embrace, which I’ve been using for well over a month. I love that Venus offers so many different options for handle color and so many varieties of blades. I also love the fact that any Venus blade fits any Venus handle. All things Schick doesn’t currently offer. I love the way the handle fits my hand and the head swivels. Cleaning hair from the Venus is difficult and time consuming. Shaving without shave gel is painful and causes irritation. The venus give me a smooth shave experience, but I can still feel the blades against my skin. To get a smooth shave on my legs it takes 1-2 passes, so about the same as the Schick. My underarms are a completely different story, it takes several passes and angles and still doesn’t get everything sometimes. Shaving with the Venus gives me about the same end result, except for my underarms, I didn’t notice much difference.
Overall I would say that I will purchase whichever is cheaper at the time. Refills are currently priced: Schick 4ct -$14.97, Venus Embrace 4ct -$15.47, and Venus Spa Breeze(most similar to the Schick) 4ct - $12.97. I was able to find the razors for $5.97 for one blade, $8.97 for two blades, and $9.97 for three blades...and with the $5.00 coupon that makes it $0.97, $3.97, and $4.97. I will be using my remaining coupons to purchase the 3pk Schick Hydro Silk razors for $4.97(GREAT DEAL) and will definitely be using them on my underarms from now on, but I’ll probably stick to the Venus for my legs because they seem to last much longer. It’s a shame to have to use two different razors, but when was anything not complicated! lol. If the Schick Hydro Silk could compare to the Embrace in longevity I would probably switch.
In my Bzzkit I received a razor with 2 blades and a shower hanger, as well as Eight $5.00 coupons.
Here's the 3 pack in the turquoise/aquamarine color I love. I especially love it because it was $4.97!
